Flock of mixed finches including at least 5 Brambling, Greenfinches, Goldfinches, Chaffinches and House Sparrow feeding on edge of road adjoining Red Bank and Windmill Lane. A Kestrel flew very low over small flock of Starling feeding near sheep at top Windmill Lane.
Had a female Blackcap in the garden.
Good stuff - not seen a Blackcap round here though!
