Hawfinch - Guilsfield.

 

Hawfinch flew into patio window at a property close to Guilsfield Church yesterday. Reported by a friend. Recovered and flew off.

    Very interesting....I have often heard that Hawfinches used to nest (or at least used to be regular) at Shade Oak - not far from Derwen Garden Centre. Perhaps....
