Merlin @ Cefn Coch

A female sadly flew straight though a hedge and into my car this evening. At first I thought the bird was dead, but as I got out of my car and picked her up she started to kick her legs. She had a bit of a bump on her left eye, but other than that and a bit dazzed (no vissible broken bones!), things weren't looking to bad for her! Towards the end of the evening, she had perked up alot and the swelling had gone down on her eye. She will closely observed tomorrow and if fit and well enough she will be released back into the wild. Fingers Crossed!!!
