Brambling @ LCyD

(via Phil Owen) Male present today, only other bird of note was the Water Rail giving good views again.





(via Brian Pollard) Very dim lighting at Llyn Coed-y-dinas at about 2pm, but the Wigeon numbers are up to four males and three females. Three Redwing were eating berries on the left of the hide, thirty one Lapwing, a single Buzzard, and a female Bullfinch were also noted. A walk around the picnic area produced a single Goldcrest and two Goldfinch.
