BURGESS CROFT
Bright but cold start to the day, Frost still on the greenhouses and garden at 9.00am.the cold seems to have brought quite a few birds on to the feeders this morning. with finch's leading the way :- 32 Chaffinchs,7 Greenfinch (4/3), 2 Goldfinch, 11 Brambling, 5 House Sparriows (3/2), 2 Redpoll (m), 4 Blackbird (3/1),6 Reed Bunting (4/2), 4 Collard Doves, 2 Siskin (f), 1 Dunnock, 2 Wood Pigeon, 7 Starlling, 2 Jackdaws, 1 Carrion Crow and just a single Blue Tit.
