Down the river





No Car and no bike to get anywhere this weekend so have spent the day down the river. Birds seen included Mallard, Little Grebe, Blue Tits, Great Tits, Coal Tits, Song Thrush, Mistle Thrush, Redwing, Fieldfare, Bullfinch, Chaffinch, Greenfinch, Goldfinch, Tree Creeper, Nuthatch, Wren, Crow, Magpie, Jackdaw, Goosander, Chiffchaff, Willow Warbler, Blackcap, Pied Wagtail, Dippers, Heron, Buzzard, Kestrel, Sparrow Hawk and im sure i have missed a few. Need to start taking pen and paper with me i think........

    Really nice selection Phil, the little Wren is my favourite.
