Gorden Bennett! It was cold in the hide this morning with the north wind blowing straight into the window opening. The only birds of note were a small flock of about 10 Meadow Pipit's on the left hand bank. A pair of Bullfinches were around, as were a pair of Dunnock. A Wren just would not stay still long enough to photograph.Plenty of Teal, Wigeon and Tufted Ducks, but no Scaup I'm afraid Mark!
Reckon it's gone! Lot's of wren about at mo as well - seeing them everywhere have been but like you found they don't stay still! Yep it was B cold up the Ridgeway first thing this morning with the dogs - real heavy hoar frost up the top as well
