Brambling @ Llanidloes

These two beauties have been on the garden feeders for several days. Fortunately my son had a decent camera with him this weekend.

    Wonderful photos Eryl - congratulations to Owen. We haven't had a brambling here this year, but are keeping our fingers crossed. Did have a female blackcap on Friday though - interestingly it was chased off several times by a fieldfare as it tried to eat the apples on what the fieldfare obviously considered its own territory.
