More spotted flycatchers.

This morning there are 3 spotted flies in the garden - our spirits are soaring!

    How lovely, I'll have to get out there and see if we can spot a few before they go quiet to brood again. Llyn Ebyr I think. Rita managed to get us a very good view of a garden warbler in the town woods this morning which raised our spirits too.

    Well done Rita. Isn't it a wonderful time of year - and when the weather is kind and the birds are singing and showing themselves, all seems pretty well with the world. Hope you see the spotted flies at Llyn Ebyr - they've been very active here all day today - hope they find a nest-site to their liking in the garden too.
