Camera's

Would like some opinions please... What would be the better choice for a starer Dslr camera?

Canon EOS 1200D 18 Megapixel Digital SLR Camera with 18-55mm DC Lens

or

Nikon D3200 24.2 Megapixel Digital SLR Camera with 18-55mm Single Lens Kit

thanks in advance

  1. Both great starter DSLR's which should produce really high quality images with a slightly more up market lens. The 18-55mm lenses have their advantage in being light and small, but don't expect startling results in dull weather, however the use of image stabilisers does help.
The advantage with the Nikon is the 24.2 Megapixel sensor which will allow you to crop the image unite a lot giving you in effect a more telephoto effect.
My advice is to have a look at each camera and see which you prefer to hold. Buy either with the 'kit' lens and then treat yourself to a better lens later.
