Kerry Ridgeway/Powis Park

Mark Wilson has provided some pics from the Ridgeway today -

He says " it was somewhat less brutal than it was on Saturday, wild doesn’t describe it! Plenty of Fieldfare/Redwing around with big flocks of Starling but it’s pretty much impossible to get anywhere near them.  With such warm temperatures there’s still plenty of food in the fields so they see you coming from miles away and disappear - this is the best I could do in 6 hours today.  Marsh Tit was nice tho, shame the light was so poor so low shutter speed and not completely sharp.  Finally, and something a bit different but definitely of interest, the Fallow are showing really well in Powis Park inc this lovely male sticking his tongue out!"

  1. Nice set as usual Mark. Like the Fieldfare shot, plenty of close up shots about! Nice setting for the Marsh Tit, well done.
