"I was at Gregynog yesterday walking thru the Great Wood, as I
came out and headed across the sheep paddock towards the car park I noticed a
large bird at the top of a tree, checking with my Bins I could not identify it.
It had the mottled appearance of a Starling but was twice the size, it beak was
yellowish and rather long (almost chough like?) it appeared to have a tuft under
its chin.
Has anyone else seen anything similar or have you heard of
any reports of a missing Myna or something similar?"
