Llyn Coed y Dinas 25th Feb

  1. Interesting that one of the Oystercatchers, the presumed female above, has an aluminium ring on the left leg. It is probably the same bird that has been present for the last 4 summers. (Most right-handed ringers put rings on the right leg, so if there is a left-handed Oystercatcher ringer out there it would be good to know!). Perhaps we can try again to read the ring this season.
