Just a reminder that the new season of bird group talks is almost upon us. The first meeting is this Wednesday, Sept 20th at 7.30 pm in the Methodist Church Hall, Welshpool as usual. Well known speaker and photographer Keith Offord will be giving a talk entitled 'Aristocrats of the Air', looking at how birds learn to fly and their abilities across various species. Admission is £2.50 and includes home-made refreshments.
This is rather a special occasion, as it is 20 years since Brayton held the first meeting of the Bird Group.
Hope to see you there!
