Llyn Coed y Dinas - Canada Geese

Phil H ventured to Llyn Coed y Dinas on 2nd Nov and confirms there are still 100's of Canada Geese in the area...

  1. This evening the roost contained at least 720 Canadas, and 110 Greylags. there was no sign of the single Swangoose present last week. The reedbed in front of the hide attracted over 100 Starlings at dusk, but over 2000 were heading down the bypass towards Newtown. Perhaps someone knows where they are roosting, or can contribute coordinates from Montgomery or elsewhere so we can track them down.
