Goldeneye at Llyn Coed y Dinas

Two female Goldeneye at Llyn Coed y Dinas this afternoon, together with about 100 Teal, 60 Wigeon, 2 Shelduck, 7 Lapwing and 6 Snipe, the latter 2 species struggling to find sustenance under the hedge.





The Goldeneye surfaced through a layer of ice and struggled to get airborne, but seemed pleased with the effort.
