At last, chiffchaffs singing. Two at Montgomery castle yesterday and one at Llyn Coed-y-Dinas. But none at Llwynderw yet. More worrying is  that prior to last week's snow ( about 8 inches lying and a couple of meters drift) we had four song thrush singing but none at the moment. Hope they have just moved and  will return. The snow did not seem to phase the ravens though, with the female either laying or sitting.

  1. Early March certainly wasn't good for our Song Thrushes, Michele: http://montgomerybirdblog.blogspot.co.uk/2018/03/terrible-time-for-thrushes.html

Fingers crossed that yours are OK.
