Little Egret - Update

I posted in April about Little Egrets in the Welshpool Heronry. The Herons fledged 3-4 weeks ago, so I was surprised to find 3 juvenile Little Egrets, capable of flying, with 2 parents in the conifers this morning. As discussed before, this is believed to be the first recorded breeding within Montgomeryshire.

    Nice one Chris - always surprised me how regularly we see Little Egret around the county that there hasn't been breeding record to date. Now all we need next is Gt White then Cattle!
