Llyn Coed-y-dinas pm
Four Shelduck, numerous Wigeon, Greylag, Canada geese, Tufted duck, Cororant, 3 Grey Heron.
Nuthatch on oak near picnic area. Dozens of Bluetit and Greatit.
The scrub behind the picnic area has been nicely cleared to give a good view of the big island. It is best approached from the south side of the car park to avoid the flooded footpath to the west.
The entrance to Powis Castle has been closed to vehicles so I was not able to check for Hawfinch etc. Not sure if access is available from the town entrance.
