Janet Mackinnon writes, "Definitely saw 4 Great Egrets on farmland to West of Caersws (near where River Cerist joins Severn) on Thursday 21.1.21." I wonder when these rapidly spreading birds will join the Little Egrets in the Welshpool heronry. Some were certainly in the county all summer. Thanks Janet.
