Many thanks to John Williams for this photo and post on the Clywedog Osprey Group Facebook page, "Interesting very brief visitor, Blue KA5 Roli son of Blue 24 from Llyn Brenig." KA5 fledged in 2019, but I wonder if or where he is nesting...?
KA5 is the Osprey that spent much of late summer at Dolydd Hafren in 2021, as captured by Edd Cottell on 8 Aug 2021 in the photo below:
It is amazing how much information we can gather from a legible ring!
