Bullfinch on Viburnum
Many thanks to John Morgan for this fine portrait of a male Bullfinch in Guilsfield. Sheila Morgan writes, " two males, two females, appeared in our garden! They have been feeding on berries on a small shrub, Viburnum opulum compacta, which we planted eight years ago, and up till now none of the garden birds have shown much interest." At this drab, sunless time of year, this colour is very welcome!

Grand job -well done you!MOST ANNOYING that it tells me I'm invalid after all these years!!!
