Burgess Croft, Welshpool

This weather has sure curtailed me getting about, So have spent a lot of time over the last week watching the feeders.Today was the 8th day in a row that Reed Buntings have been feeding on the seed table, And last friday 3rd dec. the first view this year of a redpoll. Other visitors to the garden every day are :-Starling, Blackbird, Blue Tit, Great Tit, Coal Tits, Chaffinch, Greenfinch,Goldfinch, Brambling ( 2 or 3 each day) Robin, House Sparrow,Collard Dove,Dunnock, Thrush (song), Carrion Crow, Jackdaw and Wren. One thing iv'e noticed is that peanuts don't seem so popular this year, Even with this cold weather.  Keep warm and good Watching.
