Penarth

From the previous days posts, I couldn't resist seeing a pair of Kingfisher.  Not long after arriving, the male presented the female with a fish, it was poetic, the way the pair's bond was reaffirmed with the gift of a fish.  (The sequence of four shots can be seen here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/silentbruce/8667765645/in/photostream)



A drake Mandarin made a brief appearance before being chased off by a large gull.


And a not so shy pair of Grey Wagtails...

    There are not enough days in the weekend sometimes could spend a week photographing them and would not get bored. Love that grey Wagtail shot

    I know the feeling, the weekend is over all too quickly, even more so when there is good wildlife showing.
