Dabchick and Reed Warbler today.




This Dabchick, which I take to be a juvenile, was at L. Cyd today and chose to come on to the mud. 
I don't recall seeing this before, and the semi-palmated feet are interesting.

This Reed Warbler was quite confiding, and feeding in the reed bed in front of the hide.
A few days ago this clutch of newly fledged Swallows were perched in a Willow tree.
