Short-eared Owl @ Llyn Hir

Straight after work today, I headed up to Llyn Hir to see if I could hear/see this probable White-fronted Goose again! Despite getting very cold and wet while waiting for 1 and a half hours, it didn't show up. I Can't grumble though as I was treated to some other great species. Birds present this evening were 1 female Goldeneye, 1 male Tufted Duck, 3 (1 drake) Goosanders, Teal, Mallards, Canada Geese, 7+ Snipe (1 of which was drumming!), 1 Woodcock, 1 male Barn Owl and last but by no means least a Short-eared Owl was seen on the way back to the car!!!
