HEN HARRIER

driving across the pentre towards Crew Green sighted Hen Harrier, Bird was sitting in the top of large oak, situated between the Tontine pub and the bridge over the Severn. watched the bird for several minutes untill it was lifted by lorry passing under the tree.

  2. Mark Hi. Should have stated , female bird , When lifted flew in Criggion direction. Time approx. 15.20

  4. btw - technically this was in shropshire as the river is the border though if it flew to Criggion (it would have passed within 100 yards of my house to do so) it came back into Wales!
