Out and about (part 2)....

I went for another trip out and about in the county today, with some great bird being seen again! highlights included:

Glasllyn
2+ Red Grouse, 5 Goldeneye, 4 Tufted Ducks and good number of singing Meadow Pipit and Skylark.





Llyn Mawr
4 Goldeneye, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Cormorants and 1 Stonechat.

Caersws
1 Little Ringed Plover, 2 Sand Martins, 2 Oystercatchers, 5 Goosanders, 6+ Teal, 1 Cormorant, 5+ Chiffchaffs and now only 8 Whooper Swans!



and finally Raptors en Route
When the sun finally showed itself this afternoon, the raptors came out en masse! 5 Goshawks, 3 Sparrowhawks, 2 Peregrines, 15+ Red Kites and 40+ Buzzards were seen whilst driving!!
