LLYN MAWR

Visited Llyn Mawr for the first time this afternoon, I know it won't be the last time i go there, what a stunning setting it's in.  Blue sky and a little breezy but the afternoon gave good sightings of Buzzards and Red Kite. Not overly a lot on the water, Species seen being:- Tufted Ducks , Mallard,  Canada Geese, Lesser black Backed Gulls and Cormorant. A large number of Meadow Pippits on the fields around Llyn Mawr whilst on the higher ground opposite the front of the bungalow the fisrt sighting this year of a pair of mail Wheatear.
