Great crested grebe at Coed y Dinas

Friday 17th June 12.30pm
The second nest was predated maybe by a coot and now they have a third nest over to the right and appear to be sitting. Is this a record

    I think the GCG has hardly had time to lay yet, but is tenaciously guarding the nest.
    Did you see the 2 orphan Shelducklings are still doing OK?
