COED-Y-DINAS , Afternoon

Nice to be back in Montgomery after my trip to Trinidad and Tobago, and thought some colour may brighten an otherwise rather dull day.

An afternoon visit to Coed-y-dinas produced a Treecreeper, one Goldcrest, Redwing, Wigeon, Goosanders, Teal, Tufted, two Ketrel, Grey Heron and Canada Geese. Plenty of Mallard, Blackbirds and a Thrush.

  1. "Ah you found the `Blue - crowned Motmot` too.
I first saw it on wednesday last in the reeds at the front of the hide, my image is not as good as yours, but then, it was overcast.
