Similar to Kevins blog, but male Pochard still far down on left side lake. A single Common Snipe in the vegetation on left hand side, and a pair Goosdander.
A further Oystercatcher arrived, and the existing pair went mad! The single bird, a male, seemed much larger than the pair. The three gave quite a show.
A very large flock of Lapwing flew around for awhile, perhaps 250+, before settling in fields adjoining by-pass.
The garden is showing a single Redpoll.
Lovely snipe - could do with the pochard being a bit less remote!!
