A Question

Anyone on here seen any black redstarts in the County in recent days. Some friends of mine in Darowen near Machynlleth claimed they saw 2 around their property on Saturday. Perhaps these birds are on the move. I had a 'very brief' view of one on the roof of my house near Aberhosan many years ago. It was a lovely warm day and they were on the roof catching insects 'as they do'!

  1. Last one I saw locally was just over the border (by about 200-300 meters) at Anchor - Shrops 23/10/2010. There must be more about, it's just a matter of finding them (as always!)!
