Llyn Coed-y-Dinas to Powis Castle !
A not so glorious sunny afternoon, ok, dull grey and horrible, Birds of note at Llyn Coed-y-Dinas were 20 Lapwing, 4 Oystercatcher, 2 snipe, 2 Redshank and a Pochard. A flythrough Sparrowhawk causes havoc was the highlight. At Severn Farm Pond highlights included 2 Bullfinch and a Reed Bunting. Roundton Hill Reserve, 2 Peregrine put on an amazing display, also a Kestrel there, to brighten up the day the Welsh Badgerman and i climb to the top of the mountain, ok the hill, the view from up there is just stunning, even on a dull grey day. A short visit to Powis Castle and a pair of Goosander were present.
