  2. Just got in from trip to Scotland, not sure if to open my new bottle of Malt or answer your question Trevor. Look like an immature Cormorant with a very yellow bill. Looks like a Slimbridge job to me Eryl!

  3. ok thanks both - the image was taken yesterday by my nephew, by a lake in `Victoria` - Australia. It is a Lesser Pied Cormorant. What was amusing were the possible moorhens and coot in the same shot.

  4. Also known as the Little Shag/ Kawau Paka in New Zealand Trevor, the small bill is its notable different. Have not seen one at Coed-y-dinas though!
