Spotted flycatchers are back on the Wern

Saw our first two spotted flycatchers of the year alongside the canal on the Wern this afternoon - also plenty of garden warblers, blackcaps, willow warblers, and chiffchaffs - and a delightful family of newly fledged long tailed tits. 2 singing male whitethroats at Cors Dyfi too - maybe summer isn't so far away after all.
