This image was actually taken on 30th May last year, but the scene has been much the same in my Pontrobert garden over the last couple of weeks. There is now very little food begging going on, instead the feeder has, at times, been covered in Great & Blue Tit fledglings helping themselves.
A common sight up and down the country, no doubt, but I do enjoy seeing their brightly coloured, slightly exotic looking outfits.
Last year I noticed one Great Tit in our garden with Avian Pox but none so far this year.
