Birdguides report of Temminck's Stint LCyD

Does anyone know anything about a possible Temmincks Stint at Llyn Coed y Dinas? Reported on Birdguides at 18:25 today?

  2. I left about 4;30.two people there, no stint. I returned at about 5;45,and same two people present. They said possible Wood sand had come into side reeds but not now visible.They left,I stayed untill 6;30. No stint,or Sandpiper. Iwas alone in the hide after the couple left.

  3. Thanks. Birdguides have reported the sighting as unconfirmed and it should be treated with caution until more information is available. I'll follow it up and if there is any positive news I'll let you know...

  4. UPDATE : I'm thankful to the observer for providing a a description of the sighting and the timeframe is in-line with Meurig's account above. It is unfortunately NOT possible from the information received to confirm the species.
