white-headed redwing

A pic of the leucistic Redwing that's been north of Llanfyllin for the past week or so.
Some of you will want to know how an image of such quality was crafted :
  • distance to bird = 100m
  • shaky camera through telescope through rain streaked/steamed window
  • rain = driving/horizontal
  • image taken about 9:00am so lighting = virtually pitch black
  • wind speed = only 40mph...ish

  1. I think you are just teasing us! What about camera model, ISO, shutter speed, f number, and whether or not you were holding a cup of coffee?
