Dipper

Mark Wilson's pic of Dipper 'Yellow J36' at Penarth Weir, Newtown on 15th March. Originally ringed on the Mule at Abermule by Paul Leafe in December 2014. This is the first sighting of the bird since then... Photo a bit blurry apparently because a fence and foliage got in the way...
