Orange Tip butterfly

Early Orange Tip butterfly in the garden today. Several Brambling and Blackcap still daily visitors.

    Thanks Brian. As it happens, the county butterfly recorder is flagging up Orange-tips at the moment! He writes, "Despite being a common species and (the male, at least) easy to recognise, the known distribution in Montgomeryshire is patchy. Can you help fill in the gaps?
