Nesting Cormorants at LCyD

 I know cormorants have nested at LCyD in the past, but we hadn't ever seen them on the nest here until yesterday, and there were at least 2 nests. 2 Great Egrets also around, one landing in the oak on the island in the evening sunshine - a second treat in the few minutes we were able to stay. (Distant shots from the picnic area.)
