65 Golden Plover were visible from the road at Woodside Farm, Long Mountain (SJ2707) this morning, some in breeding plumage. Thanks Ken Clarke. A similar sized flock was very close by in mid-April 2021.
30+ Curlew were together by the Severn in Caersws this morning (thanks Janet Mackinnon). At the same time, those of us on a MWT volunteer work party at Dolydd Hafren enjoyed views (and calls) of 50 Curlew. There were also a few Brambling among the Linnet along the entrance track.
