Osprey news

Hot off the press! Within the last hour, Ken Clarke has been watching an Osprey at Dolydd Hafren. I have asked him if he can see if it is a ringed bird..... Perhaps it will turn out to be Blue KA5, the 2019 male from Brenig, which Edd photographed in late summer there. Thanks Ken.

Also, Idris, the male from Cors Dyfi, arrived back 'home' at 0940 this morning. His mate Telyn was already there, but..... she has just gone off to Clywedog and has been bothering Seren, the resident female!

More drama later: Idris and Telyn are re-united, but are disturbed by a female Scottish intruder. The soap opera continues live at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pfypJFfxnB8

Thanks as always to Emyr and team.

  1. PS Dylan has now arrived at Clywedog, so both the established Montgomeryshire couples have safely arrived back.
